My business phone has been out of order since Friday 10 Jan 2014. Phoned Telkom to report fault. in last last week have phoned Telkom 3 times had to hold on for 35 minutes before I could speak to a consultant and the only answer I could get is ish I don't know when your line would be working. It is ridiculous to be put on hold for 35 min to get told I don't know. I'v been to the Telkom office in Hatfield to see if I could get my phone diverted in the mean time while my lines are out of order and was told to write a letter on a letter head and they would have to charge me for its a value added service. HOW CAN IT BE VALUE ADDED WHEN AFTER 10 DAYS MY PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING. Staff have a real attitude...
