Good day,

My name is Ngwakwana Mabotja I have a serious complain with cell c I have really been patient with them but they seem not to come to the party. I have requsted a refund on my payment on the 03/Jan /2014 they call centre agent told me to wait 7 working days fair enough, last week Wednesday after the 7days have lapsed I phoned them to follow up on the payment I was sent from pillar to post, Friday the agent called me verifying my banking details again I was told I must wait another 7working days. for me that is totally unacceptable, Kindly assist my ref no 4011501264
