STILL NO REFUND

The serve that i got with regards to my refund has been extremely bad to say the least. i was told that my refund will be done in 7 days, called them after 4 day and a rude girl assisted me and told me i was told to wait and that it will take 7 days as I was told and so i waited. I now called them after 7 days and they tell me that the refund was rejected on the Friday i called because their agent provided them with the wrong amounts. after that they never bothered to redo my refund it was left there like that. i call again they tell me i have to wait for another 7 days for my money to be refund. This type of service is really not acceptable.
