Cell C mess now I must suffe

I have two contracts with cell c, I phoned them sometime in September to update my banking to a new occount number but now I'm sitting with a problem whereby the one contract is in arrears due to banking details were not updated to the new account numbers. Its now three days that my lines are blocked I did call cell c to ask them to debit me on my new account number but they say they can't do that's I need to wait for month end or I need to do a bank deposit and fax the proof of payment. I expalined to the agents that I can't do that as I'm injured and can't walk to the bank so the agent told me that if I can't do the bank deposit it means my line will only be opened next week when the debit goes through. I would like to know why me as I customer I should suffer due to someone who didn't do their job properly when I called to update my banking details? I'm told that I'm gonna have to wait until next week if I don't deposit. I'm at home injured I need my line unblocked soon not next week I have the funds in my account, can't anyone assist me in this regard as I'm in this problem due to someone who did not do their jobs properly?
