Cell C
Unauthorised Debit Orde

I am very upset with Cell C at this stage (Just when I was considering upgrading my contracts), an unauthorised debit order of R673.10 was debited off my account. What is this amount for?!? Furthermore, a couple of months ago I was told to make a deposit of R140 towards the account which again I have not received feedback on what it was for.

I need this money reversed into my account please I have been inconvenienced as my other debit orders will now get rejected.

I need answers asap and my money back, furthermore I need to cancel these contracts. If I ever deal with cell c again it will be too soon. It is always one issue after another.
