Cell C
Failure to cancel debit orde

I have 2 active contracts with Cell C. In April, I cancelled one of the contracts. Papers were filled in at the Cell C Shop in Kolonade. At the end of April, the debit order went off, without any problems (to Cell c). I returned to the shop in Kolonade to AGAIN fill in the cancellation forms. The debit order are STILL NOT cancelled. I contacted the head office, and complained about the documentation not being honoured, and still no feedback yet. Yesterday, the debit order went through again. I sincerely hope that this action, might help in solving my problem.
