I had taken a contract at game for 2 black berry phones - i was told i will pay r270.00 but ended up paying r533.00 - i wasnt happy with that - so decided to close the contact - i called vodacom on 2 ocasions - and paid off the settlement amount on 31 dec - but was still debited on 03 jan - iv called vodacom customer care and no one is able to assist - i keep being transfered from collections dprt to collections dprt - no1 wants to take responsibility - but iv been told that i will also be debited on 023 feb - i dont understand y i shud still pay installmnts wen i asked 4 a settlement amount - im not willing to pay this nxt month - and i want my money reversed - its not my fault that the agents dont inform customers of they proceedures . i will never take a contract at vodacom agn becos wen dey want us to sign th contract they smile bt wen der is a problem no1 knows whats going on - if i knew th amount was 533 for 2phones for a period of 2years which amount to 12800 just for 2 lousy blackberrys - please man!
