I have been phoning and complaing about my ADSL for the past 4 months and still nothing is been done.
I wrote a complaint on here on 23 November 2013 and gosh what did i get back "Kindly be advised that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department to be investigated. We will provide you with feedback" the same bull everyone gets from telkom. And its been 4 weeks and still no "FEEDBACK". So i got in touch with ICASA and they told me to write another report on here and if i dont get any "FEEDBACK" or if the problem is not resolve withing the next 15 days i must get in contact with them so they can do an official investigation on the matter. Luckily for me there is just over 100 poeple with the exact same problem due to the exchange that is old and not enough bandwidth so this is a problem for the entire Trichardt.
