Bad staff attitude

After checking on the web, I found out that a handset is eligible, so I went to the MTN store at the campus. I was served by a Mr Fortuin who told me abruptly that I need another month, he wasn't interested on checking MTN's own website. I then asked to cancel another number as if MTN can't get their own systems to sync I am not interested, I was told that it requires 1 calendar month even though MTN's support on 808 told me 24 hrs. When I told Mr Fortuin that he walked to the back saying he can't deal with me. Another employee did help me and said that I can upgrade, upon with Mr Fortuin decided to join again and interrupted the other sales person by addressing him in another language that I don't understand. I have left the upgrade hanging until I see how this gets handled because if that is normal acceptable behaviourof MTN staff and they can't decide on which dates and policies they wish to follow I am not sure If I want any further dealings with them.
