Bad attitude from the barkey lady

On sunday i went to checkers, sunningdale to do my shopping and i decided to order some soft rolls as well, i requested 20 soft rolls from the lady and she just gave me a bag, when i looked at the bag i notice that its only 12 in the bag, i asked her where is the rest... she shouted at me and said can't you just wait because im busy with you, i told her not to raise a voice to me... she said she can. The was another lady next to her and i asked where can i get the manager for that department... the lady replied to me and said i must ask for mr Fortuin.while the lady was busy replying the soft rolls lady switch to xhosa and communicate with other lady with xhosa... she was not aware that i do understand xhosa and im also xhosa, she keep shouting at me and i left wonderment.i went at the front to look for Mr Fortuin and luckly i get another guy who is a trainee manager and i requested to assist mer to found Mr Fortuin... later on i did manage to get mr Fortuin who just went with me at the back... and he told me that he will resolve the issue.
