I have gone and got me a Telkom ADSL line, with Dlink router and phone line the work, was installed, on Saturday 02 February 2013, I went to a telkom Direct Shop were they gave me my temp password and login details, well attemting to set this up no joy, so why not phone 10210 as they say which can help you, well I phoned at 08:13 and was holding on for 13 min from my cell, then decided to use the landline same story was holding on for 47 min 32 secondes, then tried phoning now at 18:47 and still holding on time now 19:05, on Monday 4th February 2013, this is scary if all the service consultans are busy it means one of two things, telkom adsl sux big time and to have all the consultns busy at once for hours eish, or they are just full of empty promises and there are no consultans and they are company time and telkom is paying salaries for people who is not even at work, well I will take this router and all the cabling out put it in a plastic bag and leave it in the street, and telkom can stick it with there horrible service, what an impression, I think I will cancel this asap, please come collectr your rubbish.
