I took out a contact with MTN on 1 July 2013. It was for the 40 inch Smasung Smart TV and Router. I was told this is the NEWEST Smart TV of Samsung. That it had motion gesture and sound control. First I had to contact Ingram Micro, to get my TV delilvered, at my own cost. MTN just gives Ingram's phone number, and says they have nothing to do with the TV's, WE must phone THEIR supplier. Well Ingram Micro is just as useless. How can SOME people get the new Smart TV with motion gesture, and I get the old model Smart TV with NO motion gesture. It is also NOT the newest model of Samsung. I am really not satisfied! I also asked for a Top up contract. MTN said I can take that promo on a Top Up. And when I signed the contract, I had to find out, I am on an open line, not a Top Up. Really bad service.
