Vodacon Appalling & Disgusting Bad Service

I have been trying to port my Telkom Line to a Vodacom One Net Express Virtual Switchboard since the beginning of December. Vodacom advertises this package extensively. In fact Vodacom's advertising is so aggressive you cannot watch a program on any SABC Chanel without it being blocked out by Vodacom's adverts. They need to do less advertising and give a better service or maybe if they improved their service they would not have to advertise so aggressively. NO ONE and I MEAN NO ONE knows about the Virtual Express at Vodacom. I eventually after heated complaints to their useless Social Media platform, I was told that their Top Consultant Irwin would contact me. All applications were given to Happy Irwin's assistant on the 19 December. It is now 2 days short of a month and even with the festive season in between it is almost 3 weeks into the New Year and this matter has not been resolved. Irwin thinks he is too busy to respond to messages. He has assured me that the number has been ported Telkom says that landlines cannot be ported. I believe this is pure bait advertising and Vodacom does not have such a product. Customer services do not respond to complaints without a Vodacom No???
