UNAUTHORISED BILLING

Opera Content Services/Oxygen 8 Communications/Zuma Mobiles... this interconnected bunch of theives has billed me R83.41 for supposed services that they say I subscribed to, they cannot provide me with proof that I in fact subscribed to such services. After a few phone calls they agreed to refund me in Dec last year. Of course it's not done, on trying to contact them this week, i'm told the numbers do not exist.
THIS HAS TO STOP!! I take umbrage with Cell C my service provider, they are the company I have a contract with, they are the company that take my money... THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR STOPPING this completely unethical and quite frankly corrupt practise.
Cell C, as YOUR customer, I challenge you to be a worthy service provider and protect my account and my well being. If you can't, I need to find a service provider who will.
