Repair lasted for less than 12 hours

My Nokia 620 Lumia, less than 6 months old, went in to be fixed. Nokia were superb: quick repair, software upgrade, amenable man at Mtn. BUT less than 12 hours later, the phone packed in again. It battled to resume after being turned off. Battery was full - but it doesn't even recharge. Again I am going to have to spend time getting things sorted - I have the phone on contract, have paid for stuff I haven't used. The people at Cavendish MTN are friendly, but that does not make up for a phone that has packed in TWICE in the warranty period.
I' really resent this running around, not having a smartphone to use. Where is the compliance to the Consumer Protection Act? This has left me with low faith in both Nokia and Mtn, who take the money, even when service isn't provided. Let's see what happens next - don't phone me on new cell, it's dead, even though it has just been fixed. Shame Nokia shame, Mtn, please act in my interests. How can repairs not last?
