Pathetic Service

I have been with Web Africa for almost 8/9 years, and have noticed how their service levels are sinking... FAST!! I have sent through a few support tickets, marked them as URGENT, and still waiting TWO DAYS LATER and not even ONE response. Tried calling them, and nobody answers the phone either!!! Even their live support chat online, nobody answers. Maybe is time for me to "stop being so loyal" and take my business somewhere else
