The most SHOCKING service!! EVER!!
In November 2013 I took a mtn 100 contract with mtn which is supposed to be R249 per month, but they debited R349 in my account on the 13th of December and I phoned them on the 15th to query this and I was told they were going to check and get back to me and until today no one has phoned me back and I have been phoning them every week to check what's going on with my query but no one seems to know but they debited my account with R349 again this month!!!
I want this matter SORTED!!! I signed a contract for 249 not 349!!!
