I am so angered by the service, feedback & misleading information from Telkom representatives it's unreal. This is alarming as this is our 4th complaint in 2 months & still getting nowhere. I visited a Telkom direct store (Century City) on the 06th December 2014 to pay our account & get the correct information as whenever we contact the service consultants there is always issues with the system or they cannot provide us with adequate explanations. The teller informed us after repeatedly asking what is the amount due & she stated R 1 025.00 & some change & we paid R 1 030.00. I asked again if that is all & she stated yes. To my disgust but not surprised after all it is Telkom & since joining them we were always mislead, I received our bill today only to see that we have an outstanding amount R188.69. I called in only to be informed by Annetjie that the system is offline. I am getting rather angry at the way I am being mislead or to by Telkom & it's representatives. Being in existence this long one would expect them to be more client orientated but this is not the case. Surely there is someone outside of Telkom that can assist me as a consumer the way I am being treated is wrong
