Telkom bill for service you never requested

We just received our latest Telkom bill today, and were surprised to find that Telkom had billed us for more than R300 worth of Evening and Weekender plan that we never requested.

My wife then phones Telkom to complain and they say they will transfer her to the people who can help but all they do is transfer her back to their recording where you must choose which option you want.

It is totally unacceptable that you can never get anywhere with Telkom when phoning their call centre and always have to resort to going into a Telkom store to get issues resolved. Not to mention the fact that Telkom's phone system is so soft you can never hear what any of their consultants are saying and its extremely irritating to have to constantly ask people to repeat themselves.
