MTN doesnt want to replace a phone thats 7days old

Bought a blackberry a Edgars in Vaalmall, Vanderbijlpark on 13 January 2014. The whole week the phone reboots by itself, a common bb problem. On 20 January 2014 between 19:00 and 20:00 my phone showed a white screen saying "error 102" After taking it for software, the people told me to take the phone back, theres something else wrong and the phone needs to be replaced. The sales person at Edgars then called Mtn customer service and a lady picked up. After speaking to the guy, she refused to talk to me, the client?? I then took the phone and once again told her the problem. She then said because i use my phone over weekends, the 7days includes Saterdays and Sundays and she needs to book my phone in and if the claim gets rejected, it will take up to 6weeks to get repaired. Where the does she think i must take my phone that time of the evening?? I think MTN's service!! The worse service i've ever got!! I want my phone, not in a weeks time, ASAP!!! And i will never ever refer someone to MTN EVER IN MY LIFE!!!
