I have had nothing but bad service from Nashua Mobile for the last 3 years. The sales people change on monthly basis and there is no service. I wanted to cancel my contract when upgrade was already over due but the sales lady that was friendly and helpful pushed me into a phone. I was just so happy to have someone actually willing to help that I didn't weigh up my options. I have had the phone for a month and it doesn't work anymore. I took the phone back to Nashua Mobile yesterday only to find once again new sales people. We were assisted by and African gentleman with dread locks - don't know his name as he did not have a name badge on and also did not introduce himself. He didn't say much, just took the phone and tried putting it on charge. I as the customer felt like it was a mission for him to assist. I had to drag information out of him and with 1 word answers my husband asked if we could take the phone to Midrand head office, upon which he suggested we do that. We also asked him to put a battery in the phone so we could maybe see if that was the problem but they don't keep any stock on hand. So why are they there? He looked relieved that he didn't have to book the phone in!!
