Hi my name is Mzwandile Zulu, again I'm having problem with cell c.
They over billed me in December and ive been phoning cell c to get
Some clarity as why i was billed so much and no 1 can explain.
On Wednesday the 9th on January 2013 they gave me a reference no
3010900074 they told me an agent from their billing department will call
an clarify that bill with me. 24 hours is gone i still haven't get the call
If i call their customer service they don't pick up i have been holding for a very
long time several times.
