No point in really writing complaints multiple people have made complaints your technicians are useless 9 months odd of the same issue with you just repeating the same story and no resolution we have opened multiple cases with ICASA at this point. I am now posting this internationally to every complaint site for telecommunications I will now inform your national and international investors of the problems will take all complaints from hello peter and hellkom and send them as a mass email to all telecommunication providers. I will now inform everyone company and possible investor of your attitude and service to clients. I will now spend all my time posting this and my list of escalations calls responses and technician responses I have been documenting the useless behavior of telkom and its technicians since the issue first arouse and since I was an ISP consultant for 4 years I am well aware of what the issue is and how it should be fixed but since you seem not to be able to repair and replace lines at locations or exchange. I dont feel that anyone should support you furthe
