APPALLING SERVICE

I am so livid by the service i have received from the MTN technical department and of Contracts infact.
My Blackberrt 9900 crashed (story of its life) and after "trying to diagnose what could be the problem" by only switching batteries (from my side) i was not successful, as i had assumed that its probably a battery, as these BB phones are useless, and have experienced the same problem before. i then eventually took it to the nearest MTN - Gardens Center Cape Town, after they advised to do so any way, telephonically.
When i got there, the guys tried to "check" what could be the problem, by doing all sorts of things, which i did not really pay attention to because i knew i was safe, these guys know what they are doing and its MTN after all, and then after so many attempts, we did not win, they just told me my phone is DEAD, theres nothing they can do, i could not understand, i insisted that there has to be something, after all this is a contract and i am still paying for it. they sent it to the "techinacal" to be "fixed" and that was for two weeks, only today they call me to tell me they cant fix it coz it has been "tempered" with.. i mean??? What do i do now?? ANGRY!
