Vodacom reception!!!

I moved to a new house 7km from Rustenburg mall. The reception are so bad that you cant use your cell phone inside the house! Now I work from home, and can not speak to my customers while in my office. I reported the problem to Vodacom and after numerous begging they send a technician to access the problem. The technician also confirmed that there is a major problem in this aria. Now a month after the technician were here, nobody is coming back to me!! The only email address I have is, [Email Removed] Now whoever is responsible for replying to the messages at this email, is still on leave or just not doing there job!!! I spend R4000.00 a month with Vodacom and this is really not the service I expect!! I belief other people in the complex also reported the same problem and nothing has been done about it!!!
