No answer from MTN SP Insurance call centre

I have been trying to call the MTN SP Insurance call centre for the past 4 days and no one answers the call. I get placed on hold and its as thought no one is attending the calls. I want to update my new cellphone details as a representative at my local MTN store said that he's had issues in the past where the forms he's submitted were not processed and the customers claims were rejected.
