Missing cellphone

I took my phone in to be repaired 6th January. Went in twice since then to query the whereabouts of my phone and was told my phone has not returned from the repair centre. When I mailed the repair centre (REF7579274) I was told it hasn't been booked in yet, this being 10 days later and the mall staff said it takes max 2 weeks to be returned. When I went to Bayside mall to query this they said it is not at the Mall either. I'm tired of calling after staff to find out what's happening. Could someone please contact me to tell me what's going on? When I sent a follow up mail to customer care I did not receive an answer again! IMEI is 357503050524661
