I booked my phone in for repairs on the 23rd of May and was advised it takes 7-10 working days. On the 3rd of June I received an sms from their repair centre acknowledging receipt of my phone. On the 10th working day I called the repair centre and they confirmed my phone was repaired and sent back to the MTNSP outlet. I then went in to the Outlet and was advised my phone was not there yet. No concern to try and track the whereabouts of it. Was only told, " it must be on the way" as they would have sent me an sms had they received it. Today, exactly a month later I call them and they have the phone. I ask about why I was not sent an sms (I have to make the follow ups etc), the lady who answered just tells me she doesn't send the sms's and doesn't know why it wasn't sent. I am just appalled by the 'it's not problem attitude displayed by the outlet'. They overpromsed and under delivered big time, 7-10 working days then deliver in 30 days just does not cut it.
