No response to Claim forms submitted 4 weeks ago

Had my Blackberry Z10 swiped on 7th December, got the SIM swop done, and the unit black-listed, etc, the following week

On Wed 18th December, I went to MNT SmartServ, Century City (CPT), where they checked, then submitted the Claim Forms to MTN Insurance. I heard nothing back, so I FAXed off the same forms on Monday 23rd

Heard nothing (again) for a week, so went back to MTN SmartServ on Monday 30th December, where an agent resubmitted, received on online Reference number (107627291). I also escalated to his Supervisor, who submitted his own escalation, and received a separate Ref number (107627848)

Heard nothing for another week, so went to MTN SMartServ again on Monday 6th Jan. Nothing shows up on the online Reference numbers, and then I spent 20 minutes waiting while calls to MTN Insurance were placed by the Supervisor

I have had not a single phone call, SMS, email or any form of contact from MTN Insurance, in all this time

How do I escalate this any further?!??! Phoning them is impossible, as you simply get put on automatic hold (have tried at least a dozen times in this interval)
