My phone was on monday 09 December 2013.I have insurance with the WONDERFUL MTN.By Wednesday 11 december my claim was submitted and when I phoned at lunch time and asked if my claim was received I was told that they had no record of a claim. I then went after work to MTN in the Cavendish Mall and asked them to send my claim forms off, which they did. On Saturday 14 december I went to the Waterfront Mtn store to ask regarding my claim in which AGAIN I was told that it was never received and there was no record of a claim at all. I mean what kind of service is MTN offering its clients if they do this. In my opinion its becoming more clear that Mtn is trying to take money from its customers but try their utmost best not deliver wen it comes to crunch time. I'm highly upset regarding this matter and in future will not recommend the MTN service to anybody! In fact a contract is an agreement between two parties put in writing. In my contract documents it states that I will have an answer within 24 - 48 hours after submitting a claim. I have e-mail proof that my claim was submitted by MTN close on 90 hours ago - yet they say they've never received it. I am now forced top escalate
