Poor customer service by mtn sp insurance

I lost my Huawei B683 modem due to on the 14th of June 2014. I went to an mtn shop on saturday the 15th of june and filled out all necessary forms that were required for a claim and left them at the shop. The guy who served me explained that since it was a long weekend i will get feedback at least by Wednesday the 19th but just in case he gave me a number for the call centre for the insurance 0831236084 and a reference number. My biggest problem is this call centre never gets answered its almost a week now and on several occasions i have called 808 and was still being transferred to the insurance without no success. Even went to another mtn shop as i couldnt come so they can assist me and they said they do not know anything about mtn sp insurance they use 24hr mobility and she could not assist me. The only information i have regards my claim from the call centre is that my fax of the application was received if i chose an option regards progress of my claim the call gets cut off. How long does t take to process a claim once the forms have been received as its now over a week since my forms were faxed without any feedback and holding on the call centre for ever.
