Very poor service

I upgraded my contract last year from a blackberry contract to a Samsung. When I took a look at my billing I noticed that ever since then they have been charging me R59 for a blackberry subscription that was not cancelled. Who gave them the right to continue this service after the 24 months. Further to this I spoke to the most rude and argent person who knows nothing about customer service by the name of Fabian who refuses to give out his surname as he say that is Vodacom's policy???I will take this further and would like to see the documents in which I sighed for this service
