Vodacom
Cant get my phone back

The screen on my phone broke, I'm insured and pay a fat bill to vodacom every month. I was promised a couple of day before i get my phone. within a week it was sent back unrepared, because they apparently could'nt get hold of me after leaving them with two alternative numbers (they wanted to know if i will pay the excess).
So they send my phone of again. The attitude i received was disgusting but i remained calm when i was told that they have nothing to do with it, some service that is. This is a business phone there are things i need to do, i use my phone for every thing i need it back for sake!!! I want to tell everyone how the service is. I thought vodacom is the best.
