Rip-off and

I recharged with R12 and made a vodacom to vodacom call that lasted seconds. When I made another call I had less than 3, 99 in my account. I called customer care and was told I dialed an international call. The lady went on to call the number to verify only to find out it is not international number, after arguments I was refunded but was told that it was a favor they did. This weekend again I got ripped off and this time I was told I selected a tariff plan that charges R1, 20 regardless of the time, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are in a meeting on a Saturday afternoon. Calls we're placed on hold or dropped in my ear. I then got a call and was told there was no meeting it was a lie, no one could tell me how can that be so. If I had lots of airtime I most probably would have not noticed these crazy charges.
