Vodacom adding extra charges to my subscription

I signed a Smart M contract at Makro on the 20th of November 2013, for a reduced subscription of R219 per month. I have it in writing. (because as I've learn't before with Vodacom - always insist on a copy, When there is a dispute, their copy "disappears")

I have since discovered that Vodacom is adding an itemised billing charge of R17.10 and caller identity fee of R9.50. which brings the total to R325.60 less R80.01 . So I am paying R245.50 instead of R219.

Did you think I wouldn't notice? Why should I have to waste my time fixing your problems? This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened with Vodacom. It is illegal and in breach of the Consumer Protection Act. I want this rectified and my money refunded asap.
