Vodacom
R12000 data charge and no feedback when I query

I keep phoning the vodacom call centre, we keep getting R4000 data charges, it has gone on for 3 months. I queried the payment and keep getting told they will get back to me but nobody ever does. I have already ported my own personal number to cell C and have no problem porting all of the company contracts if I don't get the service.
