Extremely bad service

In October 2013 I cancelled my modem at Centurion Mall Vodacom shop. I paid a cancellation fee of R2430. The agent informed me that the service will be deactivated overnight. In November and December I received statements reflecting charges for the modem. I enquired re this repeatedly and I was informed that this cancellation was NOT done, it was not Vodacom's fault but the Centurion Mall shop. No apology and at my insistence that as it is not my error, a refund is due - to date I have had NO satisfactory answer to this. My request for cancellation has been ignored as well. As a result I have cancelled my account with Vodacom as this is the absolutely final straw in a series of bad service issues received - amongst others changing bank details to mine on another contract without prior authority from me, as account holder.
