I have had my co tract for just under 2 years, in august I asked them for a data bundle on my account, since then I have been getting a bill for between R2500 and R6000 which I have been paying, in december I found out that they forgot to activate the bundle and was billing me per mb that I used, they gave me a credit on it, now I got my account and it is still as high, when I poned them they said they will work on it, it has now been 2 weeks and I havent heard from them, I am really unhappy with the service I am getting from them and feel I need to cancel my contract and go to a place that knows how to get back to their customers
