Supper bad service

During the last 6 months I had numerous troubles. Services that just get suspended, numbers deleted of the network.

Most recent, with my upgrade they decided to cancell my sms services. Therefore I can't sms at all. When you phone, they are offline or cant help you. I need to wait 2-24 working hours for the service to be reactivated. If you do not pay the service is cut off without any questions. Now i should just be happy with a sorry. Sorry does not make it work.

When isnthisngoing to end? Why am I still a client?
