Telkom fault reporter hangs up!

I have had no ADSL line connectivity for over a month (reported on 06/12/2013, reference 431CRK061213). The fault was escalated (Ref:572218, whatever that means?). Today I tried phoning them to find out what's the hold-up and after waiting 23 minutes for a "Consultant" I said hello when the call was answered and asked for the operators name and the call was ended! Telkom.

What can I do, Reports on "Hello Peter", and "Get Closure" don't help!???
