Incorrect data loaded, no after sales assistance

Upgraded from a BB to a Samsung on 22nd Dec. discussed a data package and decided on 1 GB.By 5th Jan I got a notification to say data had run out. Checked with Vodacom and discovered I only had a 500 MB package. Went back to Autopage and they told me that was my original package I selected and in order to get 1GB I would have to pay more. Original salesperson admitted it should have been 1GB to start with. Had no choice but to accept an extra charge to increase my data. Sales person said it would be activated in 2 to 24 hours. I specifically asked if I would get the balance of a GB and was told my account would be loaded with a FULL GB. Phoned the next day, Wed, to ask why it wasn't reflecting. Told me it's 24 WORKING hours. Phoned again on Friday, was phoned back and told they had phoned head office and it would be loaded within 20 minutes. Phoned again on Sat, was told head office are having a problem with their system. Today, Tuesday, a whole week after my enquiry I am told the new GB I upgraded to would only kick in in the new month. Their mistake, diff stories from diff staff, I'm now paying per min for data. Now no-one returning my calls
