Telecommunications

I was charged R30 per message for a 123 "messages" on the 30th November 2013 and the 18th of December 2013. Despite complaints via my service provider, the charges were not reversed. Today I found out that the charges are apparently for purchasing currency from a company named Allopass (I will be complaining about this also). Despite various phonecalls, e-mails and complaints to the Consumer Ombutsman and Waspa, the issue is not resolved. They have "unsubscribed" me (from something I did not subscribe to in the first place), but have not refunded the nearly R4000. They also do not bother to respond, and I have to, at my cost again, constantly phone all the parties involved. This may not be what I am allowed to say - but this seems to be an almost "legal" way to commit an illegal act! They should provide proof of where I gave permission for them to take these kind of amounts from me, instead of me fighting a system where all I get is disinterested call centre agents, empty promises of for future resolution, but no real answers. I want the full amount refunded post haste with confirmation thereof Mailed to me
