Website useless for placing orders

I have placed TWO separate orders on the company's website for data contract devices. I received emails confirming that I placed the order, yet I have not received any feedback, this after 2 weeks of placing my 1st order and a week after placing my second order. Unacceptable and disgraceful.
If I was not approved, that's OK, at least tell me and not keep me hanging.
