Simply don't use this supplier

Wish I had checked HelloPeter before placing my order, but my Kindle had just broke and it was the holidays and I needed my fix!

The website said delivery in 1-2 business days for this item. So I immediately ordered.

It is now 10 business days later and no delivery. I suspect that they have all of 2-3 people in customer service as I keep getting "Don", . They have told me on two separate occasions (a week apart) that the "stock is in the office and will be delivered shortly".

The professionalism of the customer support is very bad, from the tone of the responses to the bad spelling and no email signatures.

Some other issues:
1 - You do not get your R50 first purchase promotion if you register while buying - you must register separately.
2 - They say that they are VISA compliant, but I was not asked for my secure pin
3 - You get no opportunity to accept your order, it just immediately jumps to the end (not confirming delivery dates)
4 - The "My Orders" status never moves out of "Create Invoice" - so you cannot track your order
5 - They do not deliver to P O Boxes. This appears if you go into your order history, but does not appear while placing the order.
