Bad service

I placed a COD order for a PS3 game on this website. While placing the order, it asks you if you want a weekend delivery and charges R100 more for this. I accepted this and received an order confirmation and a request to have the money ready for the driver. This morning I received another email to say my order is cancelled because it was not paid for. THIS IS A COD ORDER. I called them and the operator first spins me a yarn about not placing the order on time for a weekend delivery and then changes the story to say that takelot does not do COD weekend deliveries. I have placed another order for this game as I cannot find it anywhere in a shop and lo and behold it asks again if I would like a weekend delivery on a COD purchase. I think this is misguiding and unfair to consumers.
