I joined dbl deal beginning on November.
they were quick to convince me about their great deals and stuff which
at the time sounded like a good idea.
I was told my card would be delivered in 2 weeks... a month and a half later
I still haven't received anything. as well as a debit going off on the 13th of December.
when I queried it I was told it was debited early cause of festive season.
who the do they think they are doing that without notifying me before doing so.
I was also told my card was dispatch this week and should get it at the end of the week.
well needless to say its well past the 2 week deadline. its been a month and a half and all I get vouch for it is a stupid SMS telling me thank you for paying and thanks for the loyal support.
this is extremely unfair as i am missing out on the advantages of being a member.
after reading all the complaints here i am seriously considering cancelling my membership and demanding my monies back. I will wait till Monday morning 23/12/2013 to see if i have received anything.
if not i will cancelling my membership and demand my monies back as well reporting this DBL deal to the CPA commission.
