ON THE 3RD OF DECEMBER 2013 WE HAD A STORM AND A TREE FELL ON THE TELEPHONE CABLE. IT WAS REPORTED ON THE 4TH OF DECEMBER 2013. WE HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH TELKOM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. EVERY TIME WE CALL THEM THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL US BACK BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENS. THIS MORNING WHEN WE PHONED AND SPOKE TO KAGISO THIS MORNING HE SAYS THEY HAVE CHECKED THE LINES ON A FEW OCCASIONS AND SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME TODAY AND ONCE AGAIN NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. KAGISO TOLD ME THE LINE HAS BEEN TESTED SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM THE CABLE IS BROKEN. TODAY IS THE 14TH JANUARY AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
