Terrible Service From Telkom!!

A bypassing truck cut the telkom overhead line feeding my property on the 6th of December .with the cable lying across the road.
The incident was reported on the 6th of December (693CNZ 061212).
Four days later the cable was still lying across the road and vehicles and trucks were driving over the cable. On Day five a young guy fell over the cable with his motorbike, Very upset I phoned Telkom again.
Still Nothing!!!
On December the 13th I tried the call centre again holding the line for another 30 minute before finally giving up, I then tried the sms method and received the message back that a" fault was already logged "
On the 18th of December a managed to get hold of the call centres again and was given a second reference number 359CNZ181213. Finally somebody came out, looked at the cable picked up the pieces from the road, promised it would be fixed soon and left.
Today A month later, and still nothing

Telkom if this is the way you treat your customers, i foresee the end of your existence very very soon!!
