Termination of 24 months cellphone contract

Hi i have cancelled my contract because i did not want to do a upgrade. I cancelled in October 2013 and was told to pay untill December 2013. Up to now the line is still active, and everytime i do phone they put me on hold to see if the line is active. Today 14 Januarie i phoned again at 10H50 and was on hold again for 18 minutes, without any progress. Also send emails via internet to customer care but nothing. All iwant is to have this (0741858698) cell number as a pay as you go... and Virgin mobile cannot assist me... Thanks Renier.
