Rude assistant!!!

I phoned Nashua Mobile on behalf of my father who is sitting in Zurich and for obvious reasons cannot phone Nashua in SA himself as his sms service has been locked (something which has never happened before and he goes abroad frequently). The Nashua assistant was very rude asking me first for his mobile no (after I had already explained to her that I'm phoning on behalf of my father) where after she requests whether my dad is not available at all - I advised her AGAIN that he is in Zurich and cannot phone himself as costs are too expensive. She then replies very rudely: "So why didn't he arrange for his limits to be increased before he left, because obviously it was going to run out?! "

I proceeded to advise that he can only contact via email, but in the meantime he has business to conduct and things are standing still and that they should certainly have a way of dealing with such matters. She proceeded to give me her email address and very rudely said goodbye before promptly putting the phone down virtually in my ear!

This is absolutely unacceptable and I will certainly be advising my father to end his Nashua contract.
